YOUR QUICK GUIDE

HOW IT WORKS

Whether you're running the show or playing in it — here's what each role does, step by step.

📱
ONE LINK, ONE CODE

The admin shares a link and gives you an access code (or a printed QR card). Open the link, enter your code — that's it. No sign-up, no app download, no account.

⚙️
ADMIN
  1. 1Create a tournament — pick a name, set your format (Swiss, Groups+KO, or Round Robin), and configure points, tiebreakers, and consoles
  2. 2Register teams — add them manually, download a CSV template to fill in offline, bulk import via CSV/JSON, or let teams self-register with access codes
  3. 3Add referees and assign them to consoles — each gets a unique login code
  4. 4Generate QR cards for teams and referees — print or share digitally for instant login
  5. 5Go live — the system generates Round 1 pairings automatically. While the round is staged (frozen), matchups stay SECRET from all screens — teams, TV, referees, and spectators see a FIFA-style warmup animation instead. Drag matches to reorder, swap any two team slots by clicking chips to fine-tune pairings, or hit RE-SHUFFLE for a fresh random draw. When you hit GO LIVE for Round 1, every screen erupts with an epic 10-9-8… countdown complete with drum beats and a stadium-style 'LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!' before revealing matchups one by one. Subsequent rounds skip the countdown and jump straight to the matchup reveal
  6. 6Monitor everything in real-time — standings, match scores, and broadcasts. Use the BROADCAST tool to push a message with tickboxes that pick which screens it shows on: team phones, the public live page, the TV display, or referee consoles. Narrow further to specific teams or specific referees (e.g. a single team's phone, or one ref) — or leave the target picker on 'ALL' to fan out. Tick '🔔 Buzz phones' to also vibrate the targets in case the phone is in their pocket. Apply point adjustments or manual overrides if needed
  7. 7Stay on top of everything that needs your attention from the INBOX — a red count badge sits next to Tools and Settings, showing how many items are waiting. Open it to see referee dispute flags (with the reason and a Mark Resolved button) alongside team photos awaiting your approval. When a new flag fires mid-match, a dismissible banner pops at the top of the live page so you never miss it — and flagged matches get a red FLAGGED badge + border on the match card, plus a 'Flagged (N)' filter pill in the round selector to jump straight to them
  8. 8Adjust mid-tournament from Settings — change the console count (blocked only if a match is still assigned to a console you'd remove), change Swiss rounds (blocked only from going below rounds already played), change decisive final rounds, change match duration and break-between-rounds on the fly (applies to newly-generated rounds; in-flight matches keep their running timers), replace the tournament logo (it shows next to the name on the TV display, live leaderboard, and team dashboards), and add or remove teams one at a time (adding is locked once live; removing is blocked if the team is already in a match)
  9. 9Add sponsors with logos, media galleries, social links, and a catalogue/brochure PDF — they appear on the live leaderboard and TV display
  10. 10Set up tournament gallery — paste an upload folder link (Google Drive) and a view folder. Everyone gets 'Upload Photos' and 'View Gallery' buttons. The gallery displays photos inline with a full-screen lightbox, streamed from Google Drive
👥
TEAM
  1. 1Your admin gives you an access code or a QR card
  2. 2Open the link → enter your code → you're in
  3. 3Upload your team photo — it shows across standings, TV, and match screens (admin approves it)
  4. 4See your next match, live scores, and full standings on your phone — during the warmup phase before GO LIVE, matchups are hidden and you see a hype animation building anticipation. For Round 1, the admin's GO LIVE triggers a 10-second countdown with drum beats on your phone (it vibrates on each tick!) before revealing your opponent with a dramatic animation
  5. 5Get a buzz + popup when the previous match finishes and your console is ready — no more missing your slot
  6. 6Get notified when a new round starts
  7. 7See organizer broadcasts as a banner at the top of your dashboard — water break, take your seats, round starting in 5, etc. Banners auto-dismiss after ~20s (they queue one at a time so nothing piles up), or tap ✕ to close early. If the admin flags a broadcast as '🔔 Buzz', your phone vibrates on arrival so you notice even with the phone in your pocket
  8. 8View tournament rules and rulebooks shared by the admin (if published to teams)
🎮
REFEREE
  1. 1Log in with your access code → pick which console you manage
  2. 2Upload your profile photo — visible on your console dashboard
  3. 3Run the coin toss to set home/away, then start the match timer
  4. 4Tap to update the score live — goals, assists, warnings, yellows, reds, goal advantages, and MOTM
  5. 5Track pauses per team per half, report incidents (disconnects, crashes, conduct), and flag disputes
  6. 6Record forfeits with one tap — configurable forfeit score auto-applied
  7. 7Finalize the match when it's done — standings update instantly with card accumulation and point deductions
  8. 8Between rounds, the admin stages and reorders the next round — your console shows a warmup animation while matchups are being set up, and unlocks with a reveal when they hit GO LIVE. With Progressive Rounds enabled, the next round auto-generates and activates the instant all matches finish — zero downtime
  9. 9Access tournament rules, quick-reference settings, and match-day documents shared by the admin
  10. 10Toggle between Ref Mode and View Mode — tap VIEW in the header to follow the full tournament live (standings, all matches, results) when you're on break, then tap REF to switch back to your console controls

QUICK ANSWERS
No. It's a website — open the link in any browser.
The app tells you your next match, console number, and opponent. You'll see it the moment the round is generated. Match times also reflow automatically — when a match runs long or short, every later match (across all consoles) shifts to absorb the delta, rounded to the nearest 5 min so players always have a small buffer.
Yes — live standings are visible to everyone, updating in real-time as matches finish.
Open the public link — no code needed. The TV display works great on a big screen too.
Yes — tap 'Explore All Sponsors' on the live leaderboard. Each sponsor has a full profile page with their logo, about section, media gallery, owner's message, social media links, and a catalogue/brochure link if they've shared one.
If the admin has published rules, you'll see a 'Rules' tab in your team or referee dashboard with PDFs, documents, or inline text.

That's it — you're ready for match day.
